The staff are so welcoming and knowledgeable. I brought forth my concern on a bump on my nose and they looked at it and said “we can take care of that today…”. I can’t even begin to tell you how stressed out I was beforehand thinking I’d be stuck with this bump forever. I was referred to the dermatologist and Dr Fisher removed it without any issues. Dr. Redlick has been looking after my skin concerns for the last 5 years and she is excellent. She always takes the time to answer questions and thoroughly explain all of the treatments available at Kingsway Dermatology. I was here for a complimentary consultation with yash, even though she answered some of my queries but I felt like she knew I was not going to buy any product from them , she was in a rush to let me out of the clinic, I have more questions and concerns but her approach to my concerns make me hesitant to ask more questions. Sorry it was a bad experience I would rather buy the product from somewhere who is more friendlier at least.

The most unorganized experience i have ever experienced.. was scheduled with an appointment a month ahead confirmed my appointment when they sent me the reminder. Arrived to receove no help and was told i was not in system or booked. Missed a day of work my time and $60 in ubers. To be told im sorry have a good day...
I've been treated by Dr. Ruppel over the last year and she's been fantastic. Her knowledge, professionalism and patient care is everything you want in a physician. She takes her time to listen to you, offers thorough explanations and provides you with several options in care along with any potential pros/cons to those routes.I'm a little thrown off by some of the reviews that mention the clinic trying to push expensive products onto their patients. My experience has been the opposite as Dr. Ruppel has given me the cheapest options possible, along with samples of a product to use before we commit to anything medication due to my lack of insurance. It was much appreciated as it helped narrow down the medication for her to prescribe after the fact.If I were to nitpick, the initial appointment took around 7 months to schedule. That being said, I doubt this is exclusive only to Kingsway Derm.Highly recommend!

Had a great 5-series of partial-face IPL with Katie, it visibly reduced my problem areas, that being dark sun damage under my eyes, sun spots became smaller and less prominent, removed some red anginomas, and generally a brighter under-eye area than before I started. I opted for IPL instead of using Retinol, because I personally wanted to avoid using chemicals to achieve this result, and achieve it faster. Katie was very good with communicating the stages and effects of the treatment, and was responsive to my comfort levels during the treatment. Would recommend if you have sensitive skin.
Katie at Kingsway dermatology is fantastic. She is the upmost professional but is also kind, caring, and a joy to deal with. I trust her implicitly to take the best care and she never disappoints. In March I started a laser treatment for the veins in my nose, this treatment lasted 3 months and when it was finished I did not see any change. When I finished my treatment she didn't show me the photos I took at the beginning and this was because it was obvious that there was no change, she was too fast doing the sessions, which in fact only lasted 5 minutes, I don't recommend this clinic.
I've had a terrible experience with this clinic. I've contacted them numerous times to book an appointment and the receptionist tells me I'll receive a call but I never do. This has been going on for months.

I love this place. The staff and doctors are amazing. When I have to book to see a doctor, I don't even care who they send me to. I just had an appointment with Catia for a Forever Young BBL Treatment. The treatment was so good and comfortable. I can't wait to see my end results. Catia was a fantastic technician. I would definitely request her for any of these kinds of services again.

Went for initial consult with Dr. Valykorenko. When I called for a follow up the receptionist gave me more info regarding doctor’s recommendation than I received from doctor. My impression is this dermatology centre is only interested in treating clients for private billing.
Dr. Poulos is amazing! She is so kind and always explains things so well, and makes me feel so comfortable:) I completely trust what she thinks, and I’m super happy with my results! The rest of the team are really great too!
I had the pleasure of meeting with Katie for 5 sessions of IPL in 2023. She was (and is) HIGHLY knowledgable, professional, conservative and practical with her applications, and VERY friendly--I miss her a lot! We developed a great, working relationship! The results of the IPL treatments were unbelievable--I noticed a vast difference in the disappearance of my rosacea after 2-3 treatments, and sunspots had flaked off/diminished after 1-2 treatments. The front desk staff was always kind, polite, and welcoming as well, and made me feeI like I was a valued and appreciated client.

I've been going to Kingsway Derm for quite some time, particularly the cosmetic centre. I've suffered from adult acne for years and developed quite a bit of texture and hyperpigmentation/redness because of it. After seeing Katie for consecutive IPL and microneedling treatments my skin has never looked better. Katie is also just so sweet and nice to chat with 🙂
I was visiting Toronto from the US and decided to look into laser treatments in Canada given the favorable exchange rate. I found Kingsway offered the best price to value tradeoff among the handful of dermatology centers I scouted in Toronto.I saw Katie who expertly handled the Excel V laser and answered all of my questions. She addressed all of my problem areas and particularly focused on the periorbital area I was targeting. Not only, the aftercare was excellent and I appreciated Katie's follow up. It's now been around a week since the treatment and I no longer have blue veins surrounding my eyes.I'm extremely happy with the results, and if I'm in Toronto and in need of a touch up, I'll surely stop by again! I have been a patient for over 3 years now. I initially visited the medical side with Dr Ruppel, who was extremely kind and attentive. Since then, I have received 4 rounds of halo treatments. My skin has significantly improved. Special recognition to Taciana, who has been an angel addressing my concerns and doing my treatments. Minimal discomfort and best results.

I met Katie through my daughter who has been seeing Katie for some time with great results. My daughter’s complexion turned from blotchy to clear and radiant. I am in my late 70s and my complexion will never have the youthful look of my daughter but it has certainly improved and become clearer and healthier after three treatments. Katie is a capable, warm and sensitive cosmetician and very committed to her clients’ beauty and health.

I have had 2 of 3 IPL treatments so far and am amazed at the results. I have already seen a big burst blood vessel nearly disappear, after just the first treatment. The recovery time is short, and the results are amazing. The initial consult was super helpful, and I liked that she recommended I ease my way into the whole process, as a newbie to cosmetic dermatology treatments. The specialist performing my treatments (Katie) is super knowledgeable and has clearly performed the IPL treatments many times. She told me exactly what to expect and has been able to answer all of my questions with honesty and experience. Looking forward to seeing the final results after round 3, and I will definitely recommend Kingsway Dermatology to friends!

These “Doctor” jus wants your money, I did get a treatment twice for warts and cost me $ 50 e/a one, and I’m still having issues, didn’t do nothing wart still there, I have to come back to drop more money? Also, I mention to her about a Rash on my face and she just look at my face and did recommended an antifungal drug Cream, but did nothing to me cost me a lot of money the cream, they will take couple week to disappear ,and 3 month later still there, she did not do any test just by looking she guess this type of cream will work, wont recommend this lady ,don’t waist your money with her ,do not forget every visit you have to paid for parking. Money, money, money

The receptionists are very welcoming, and the medical team are professional and knowledgeable.My laser specialist Emily was incredible. Emily was so kind and really made me feel comfortable in every session. She is definitely in the right career and has a bright future, a true asset to Kingsway D.My treatments - I have always looked after my skin but I was starting to notice age spots and a lack of the youthful glow we all want ;).I purchased a pkg of 6 IPL treatments and am pleased with the results overall.Everyone’s pain threshold is different and Emily was very good at adjusting if needed. Every session she would start with a pulse or two to gage my tolerance that day. These treatments are are a little painful (like elastic-band snaps to the skin) but no pain no gain! …they do work. I had zero down time (which I understand varies by client) & have noticed a difference. I will do a few more treatments and then continue with maintenance (very important).I’m 60 this year and wish I had considered options like this years ago.Thank you Emily for rejuvenating my face!
I’ve been both a medical patient of Dr. Marnie Fischer and a cosmetics patient for over a decade. Both clinics are well run and the care I’ve received was effective.Dr. Fischer and the other dermatology staff explain treatment options and carefully treat my trivial and more serious skin problems with understanding and empathy.
Dr.Fisher is great. She always takes the time to explain things to me thoroughly and never seems in a rush when I ask questions.

200 dollars for a consultation for mole removal? Are you serious, how will you have customers ! I am trying to find a suitable doctor for this procedure and going to multiple consultations at different clinics to find a suitable doctor, why would you charge me $200 for a word with the doctor? Most clinic offer free consultation so you can decide which doctor is best for you. So inconsiderate!P.S I see a numerous amount of reviews with the same concerns

I started laser treatments with KDCC in September 2023 due to a referral from Samantha from reception (she is lovely), and I’ve had a fabulous experience ever since. From the consultation with Yesha to the treatments I’ve had done by Katie, the staff has been professional, helpful and invested in my satisfaction. I’ve tried the Nano Laser Peel and IPL and I couldn’t be happier, especially with Katie who has the best approach. She is knowledgeable with her recommendations, precise with her technique and supportive throughout treatments and after-care. I completely trust her. The results that follow show she is a pro. I know I’ll continue my skin care journey with her and this clinic. There’s no better place!

I've had such a wonderful experience at Kingsway Dermatology. From the moment you walk in with the administrative staff you feel confident that you are in good hands. I had Katie who was my skin specialist who did my Moxi procedure and she was so amazing and made me feel so at ease. She knows her stuff and you can tell is so passionate about ski. Its so important to work with a clinic that knows what they are doing and has the science experience, and knowledge to back it up. Dr. Polous is so professional so knowledgeable she is there to not only help people look their best but do it with the very best medical knowledge and best tools in the business. What sets Kingsway apart is that you actually have people who have trained medical degrees and know what they are doing. I would never go anywhere else!

This office prioritizes cosmetic procedures over medical.Doctor referred for an urgent medical appointment. When we talked to the reception, they told us medical referrals were being booked 7 months out, but if we wanted, we could book a cosmetic appointment so we could see the doctor. The cost would be a $200.00, non-refundable fee, due at the time of booking over the phone, and that appointment would be in within a week. We would also have to pay for the removal of the mole. (Even though we had an urgent medical referral).Since it was a cancerous mole, and time was of the essence, of course we paid.The doctor was unable to remove the mole, so they took a biopsy. Sat on the cancer positive results for over 2.5 weeks, did not review it until we called to follow up -- which the reception flat out lied to us about when the results were received. (We confirmed the timing with our family doctors office).Avoid this office at all costs. They're criminal.

Katie is wonderful ! I have been receiving various facials (i.e. IPL or Microneedling) since April and love how thorough she is. She thoroughly goes over target areas to treat redness/ scarring. Very pleased with her services and professionalism.I have noticed improvements with the skin, however, was expecting more improvements for the cost and amount of sessions received.
I purchased a laser treatment package for my sideburn and neck area. During the sessions, I noticed a significant reduction in hair growth. My technician advised me to use a face razor to remove fine hair before each session. However, after my last visit, I noticed thicker and poky hair growth, which is not due to any hormonal issues. I informed my technician about the concern, but she suggested that I book another appointment and pay $150 for each area. The staff and admin team were friendly and welcoming. My issue is still unresolved and I'm searching for a cost-effective solution. Totally unexpected results!!!
I’ve been going here for a few years and was seeing Dr. Fisher who was amazing and recently I saw Dr. Ruppel. She was great at explaining my options and the best course of action would be for my issue. The appointment started on time. I've had several different treatments/procedures with Katie and Dr. Poulos . Both are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Everyone in the office has amazing skin themselves, which is very inspirational. Kelly, the Managing Director along with Katie , a laser technician, personalized a plan specifically for my goals. Definitely worth the splurge. I highly recommend this team for both medical and cosmetic treatments.

Doctor Fischer was great! She is knowledgeable and explains patiently while answering any questions or concerns I had. She explained possible causes, side effects, and treatment options with results. Definitely would come again and recommend to others!Only con was parking. Very narrow underground.

Had to get a stupid mole removed from my stupid face, and I'm really glad I came here. Dr Rachel made me super comfortable. She's both skilled and kind. I'm sure it was an everyday thing for her, but I'd actually never had any kind of surgery done since childhood, so it was a bit scary. I didn't even feel a thing though! Thanks Dr Ruppel!About the environs well, it's a very modern clinic. Really clean and stylish; more like a salon or spa than a clinic! Friendly staff as well. Also, there's pay parking in the garage below the building, very convenient. Recommended.

Terrible place to deal with! The girl who does the consultations is rude and once this place charges you the $200.00 initial fee? Forget it! They don't care after that! In response to a cancelled appointment on my end??? This was not the case! The truth would have been a better option.

All the staff at Kingsway are super friendly and the clinic is beautiful. I’ve been seeing Katie for laser treatments over the last year and am so pleased with the results so far. Katie is so lovely - she takes the time to explain everything, to discuss your skincare routines and is always open to collaborate and discuss what’s working or not working for you. She always checks in and is as excited about your results as you are!
I was very impressed with the quality and efficiency of the care I received, as well as how “patient-centred” the reservations, advice on where to park, together with the follow up activities of the clinic - a first class model of how to run a clinic!During my follow up appointment this week, Dr. Velykoredko was very efficient, pleasant to talk to and better still gave me a clean bill of health! It is so nice to see this clinic being so focused on the patient.

I'd been searching for a reputable clinic to explore cosmetic treatments and really wanted to find a doctor run dermatology clinic that really understood the space, Kingsway fit the bill! I booked a consultation and the experience was quite refreshing, no upsell, pure honesty and no pressure. I was able to comfortably ask the hard questions and ended up booking a lazer package. Katie has been wonderful, the results have been as expected and I can't recommend this clinic enough for the level of professionalism and understanding.
I recently came into the clinic and met with Yesha who was fantastic. I had very natural filler and also Botox. Yesha put me at ease and explained everything to me wonderfully, whilst also being sure to pass on the the Doctor my desire for a very natural look.I’ll be back again soon. Great service! Everyone is friendly and my technician, Emily, was so great - attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. The place is also spotless and quite modern. Also noteworthy, is the booking process and reminders you receive for upcoming appointments. Super helpful given that treatments can be spread out every 6-8 weeks.

Dr. Fisher has been my dermatologist since I had cancer 12 years ago. What knowledge and what kindness! She explains everything in details, using at times analogies and drawings to educate patients. This is going beyond the call of duty to help patients understand their conditions. She is a great professor with considerable expertise in her field. I highly recommend her as a dermatologist and as a human being.

I went in to Kingsway Dermatology for a consultation and I was so happy with the appointment. Nadia was my consultant and she was so helpful and positive. She answered all my questions before I even asked them and she really listened to all my concerns. I felt like she really just got it. Probably one of the best consultations I've had. There's also paid parking above ground and underground.
