Dr. Redlick has been looking after my skin concerns for the last 5 years and she is excellent. She always takes the time to answer questions and thoroughly explain all of the treatments available at Kingsway Dermatology. I was here for a complimentary consultation with yash, even though she answered some of my queries but I felt like she knew I was not going to buy any product from them , she was in a rush to let me out of the clinic, I have more questions and concerns but her approach to my concerns make me hesitant to ask more questions. Sorry it was a bad experience I would rather buy the product from somewhere who is more friendlier at least.

The most unorganized experience i have ever experienced.. was scheduled with an appointment a month ahead confirmed my appointment when they sent me the reminder. Arrived to receove no help and was told i was not in system or booked. Missed a day of work my time and $60 in ubers. To be told im sorry have a good day...
I've been treated by Dr. Ruppel over the last year and she's been fantastic. Her knowledge, professionalism and patient care is everything you want in a physician. She takes her time to listen to you, offers thorough explanations and provides you with several options in care along with any potential pros/cons to those routes.I'm a little thrown off by some of the reviews that mention the clinic trying to push expensive products onto their patients. My experience has been the opposite as Dr. Ruppel has given me the cheapest options possible, along with samples of a product to use before we commit to anything medication due to my lack of insurance. It was much appreciated as it helped narrow down the medication for her to prescribe after the fact.If I were to nitpick, the initial appointment took around 7 months to schedule. That being said, I doubt this is exclusive only to Kingsway Derm.Highly recommend!

Had a great 5-series of partial-face IPL with Katie, it visibly reduced my problem areas, that being dark sun damage under my eyes, sun spots became smaller and less prominent, removed some red anginomas, and generally a brighter under-eye area than before I started. I opted for IPL instead of using Retinol, because I personally wanted to avoid using chemicals to achieve this result, and achieve it faster. Katie was very good with communicating the stages and effects of the treatment, and was responsive to my comfort levels during the treatment. Would recommend if you have sensitive skin.

In March I started a laser treatment for the veins in my nose, this treatment lasted 3 months and when it was finished I did not see any change. When I finished my treatment she didn't show me the photos I took at the beginning and this was because it was obvious that there was no change, she was too fast doing the sessions, which in fact only lasted 5 minutes, I don't recommend this clinic.
I've had a terrible experience with this clinic. I've contacted them numerous times to book an appointment and the receptionist tells me I'll receive a call but I never do. This has been going on for months.

Went for initial consult with Dr. Valykorenko. When I called for a follow up the receptionist gave me more info regarding doctor’s recommendation than I received from doctor. My impression is this dermatology centre is only interested in treating clients for private billing.
Dr. Poulos is amazing! She is so kind and always explains things so well, and makes me feel so comfortable:) I completely trust what she thinks, and I’m super happy with my results! The rest of the team are really great too!
I had the pleasure of meeting with Katie for 5 sessions of IPL in 2023. She was (and is) HIGHLY knowledgable, professional, conservative and practical with her applications, and VERY friendly--I miss her a lot! We developed a great, working relationship! The results of the IPL treatments were unbelievable--I noticed a vast difference in the disappearance of my rosacea after 2-3 treatments, and sunspots had flaked off/diminished after 1-2 treatments. The front desk staff was always kind, polite, and welcoming as well, and made me feeI like I was a valued and appreciated client.

I've suffered from adult acne for years and developed quite a bit of texture and hyperpigmentation/redness because of it. I was visiting Toronto from the US and decided to look into laser treatments in Canada given the favorable exchange rate. I found Kingsway offered the best price to value tradeoff among the handful of dermatology centers I scouted in Toronto.I saw Katie who expertly handled the Excel V laser and answered all of my questions. She addressed all of my problem areas and particularly focused on the periorbital area I was targeting. Not only, the aftercare was excellent and I appreciated Katie's follow up. I have had 2 of 3 IPL treatments so far and am amazed at the results. I have already seen a big burst blood vessel nearly disappear, after just the first treatment. The recovery time is short, and the results are amazing. The initial consult was super helpful, and I liked that she recommended I ease my way into the whole process, as a newbie to cosmetic dermatology treatments. The specialist performing my treatments (Katie) is super knowledgeable and has clearly performed the IPL treatments many times. She told me exactly what to expect and has been able to answer all of my questions with honesty and experience. These “Doctor” jus wants your money, I did get a treatment twice for warts and cost me $ 50 e/a one, and I’m still having issues, didn’t do nothing wart still there, I have to come back to drop more money? Also, I mention to her about a Rash on my face and she just look at my face and did recommended an antifungal drug Cream, but did nothing to me cost me a lot of money the cream, they will take couple week to disappear ,and 3 month later still there, she did not do any test just by looking she guess this type of cream will work, wont recommend this lady ,don’t waist your money with her ,do not forget every visit you have to paid for parking. She is definitely in the right career and has a bright future, a true asset to Kingsway D.My treatments - I have always looked after my skin but I was starting to notice age spots and a lack of the youthful glow we all want ;).I purchased a pkg of 6 IPL treatments and am pleased with the results overall.Everyone’s pain threshold is different and Emily was very good at adjusting if needed. Every session she would start with a pulse or two to gage my tolerance that day. These treatments are are a little painful (like elastic-band snaps to the skin) but no pain no gain! …they do work. I had zero down time (which I understand varies by client) & have noticed a difference. I will do a few more treatments and then continue with maintenance (very important).I’m 60 this year and wish I had considered options like this years ago.Thank you Emily for rejuvenating my face!

Both clinics are well run and the care I’ve received was effective.Dr. Fischer and the other dermatology staff explain treatment options and carefully treat my trivial and more serious skin problems with understanding and empathy.

200 dollars for a consultation for mole removal? Are you serious, how will you have customers ! I am trying to find a suitable doctor for this procedure and going to multiple consultations at different clinics to find a suitable doctor, why would you charge me $200 for a word with the doctor? Most clinic offer free consultation so you can decide which doctor is best for you. So inconsiderate!P.S I see a numerous amount of reviews with the same concerns

I've had such a wonderful experience at Kingsway Dermatology. From the moment you walk in with the administrative staff you feel confident that you are in good hands. I had Katie who was my skin specialist who did my Moxi procedure and she was so amazing and made me feel so at ease. She knows her stuff and you can tell is so passionate about ski. Its so important to work with a clinic that knows what they are doing and has the science experience, and knowledge to back it up. Dr. Polous is so professional so knowledgeable she is there to not only help people look their best but do it with the very best medical knowledge and best tools in the business. What sets Kingsway apart is that you actually have people who have trained medical degrees and know what they are doing. I would never go anywhere else!

This office prioritizes cosmetic procedures over medical.Doctor referred for an urgent medical appointment. When we talked to the reception, they told us medical referrals were being booked 7 months out, but if we wanted, we could book a cosmetic appointment so we could see the doctor. The cost would be a $200.00, non-refundable fee, due at the time of booking over the phone, and that appointment would be in within a week. We would also have to pay for the removal of the mole. (Even though we had an urgent medical referral).Since it was a cancerous mole, and time was of the essence, of course we paid.The doctor was unable to remove the mole, so they took a biopsy. Sat on the cancer positive results for over 2.5 weeks, did not review it until we called to follow up -- which the reception flat out lied to us about when the results were received. (We confirmed the timing with our family doctors office).Avoid this office at all costs. They're criminal.

Katie is wonderful ! I have been receiving various facials (i.e. IPL or Microneedling) since April and love how thorough she is. She thoroughly goes over target areas to treat redness/ scarring. Very pleased with her services and professionalism.I have noticed improvements with the skin, however, was expecting more improvements for the cost and amount of sessions received.
I purchased a laser treatment package for my sideburn and neck area. During the sessions, I noticed a significant reduction in hair growth. My technician advised me to use a face razor to remove fine hair before each session. However, after my last visit, I noticed thicker and poky hair growth, which is not due to any hormonal issues. I informed my technician about the concern, but she suggested that I book another appointment and pay $150 for each area. The staff and admin team were friendly and welcoming. My issue is still unresolved and I'm searching for a cost-effective solution. Totally unexpected results!!!

Had to get a stupid mole removed from my stupid face, and I'm really glad I came here. Dr Rachel made me super comfortable. She's both skilled and kind. I'm sure it was an everyday thing for her, but I'd actually never had any kind of surgery done since childhood, so it was a bit scary. I didn't even feel a thing though! Thanks Dr Ruppel!About the environs well, it's a very modern clinic. Really clean and stylish; more like a salon or spa than a clinic! Friendly staff as well. Also, there's pay parking in the garage below the building, very convenient. Recommended.

Terrible place to deal with! The girl who does the consultations is rude and once this place charges you the $200.00 initial fee? Forget it! They don't care after that! In response to a cancelled appointment on my end??? This was not the case! The truth would have been a better option.

Dr. Fisher has been my dermatologist since I had cancer 12 years ago. What knowledge and what kindness! She explains everything in details, using at times analogies and drawings to educate patients.
