Dr. Yuliya Velykoredko is a board-certified dermatologist in Canada with a broad scope of practice, including medical, procedural, and cosmetic Dermatology. She is known for a caring and honest approach in helping patients maintain healthy skin, and she chose Dermatology as a profession due to her passion for visual art and design and her enjoyment of minor procedures, surgeries, and challenging diagnoses, including skin tag and mole removal.
Dr. Velykoredko completed her undergraduate degree at McMaster University in the Bachelor Health Sciences Program before attending medical school at the University of Toronto. Dr. Velykoredko went on to complete a 5-year dermatology residency at the University of Toronto. During her training, she received the prestigious American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) Resident International Grant, which enabled her to complete a month-long rotation in Botswana. In the final year of her residency, Dr. Velykoredko served as chief resident.
Dr. Velykoredko is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC). She is also a member of the Canadian Dermatology Association (CDA), American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) and the Toronto Dermatologic Society.
As a skin tag and mole removal specialist, she enjoys working with patients of all ages.

Dr. Velykoredko was born in Kiev, Ukraine and moved to the Greater Toronto area with her family in middle school, and she is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian languages. She has made Etobicoke her home where she lives with her husband and daughter. Outside of her medical pursuits, she is passionate about yoga and trying new recipes.
